GLP iQ.Gamut Technology

Our intelligent system optimizes the color space of the light sources used, ensuring particularly comfortable and precise control. Whether exact color temperatures, consistent white tones, or vibrant color effects – iQ.Gamut delivers outstanding results.
Thanks to iQ.Gamut technology, our fixtures start with a defined white point that can be selected from various color temperatures. Based on this color temperature, iQ.Gamut automatically adjusts the color mixing. Regardless of the LED configuration, you can flexibly choose between different color control methods, including RAW, CMY, RGB, HSI, or x;y. The system internally translates your inputs into precise color results.
- CALIBRATED: Maximum color precision through compensation of LED color deviations for uniform, saturated colors.
- ORIGIN: Utilization of the full LED color spectrum for particularly intense color results without color compensation.
Adjust the white point of your fixture flexibly to suit your requirements. Available color temperatures:
- 2,700 K (Warm White, Tungsten)
- 3,200 K (Studio-Tungsten)
- 4,200 K (Neutral White, CDM)
- 5,600 K (Daylight, Standard TV Set) [Default]
- 6,000 K (Cool white)
- 7,500 K (Effect Light/ Discharge Lamps)
With iQ.Gamut, you can control colors according to your preferences:
- CMY: Smooth color mixing via Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow with intelligent adjustment.
- RGB: Direct control through Red, Green, and Blue.
- HSI: Creative lighting design using Hue, Saturation, and Intensity.
- x;y: Precise color adjustment via CIE coordinates.
- RAW: Unfiltered access to LED intensity for maximum creative freedom.
- CTC (Color Temperature Control): Fine-tuning of color temperature while considering LED temperature.
- M/G-Shift (Magenta/Green-Shift): Flexible adjustment of the white point along the color temperature curve.
- CQC (Color Quality Control): Spectral adjustment for dynamic desaturation effects with consistent color accuracy (in advanced color mixing systems).
- Tungsten Mode: Realistic simulation of the dimming behavior of traditional halogen lamps – including time delay and authentic red shift. Choose between 750W, 1000W, 1200W, 2000W, or 2500W.
