MAD MAXX The unique GLP MAD MAXX is the first real LED FAT BEAM light with a massive 750mm beam diameter. This makes it the only beam fixture that is on a similar level with the proven 3kW and 7kW xenon beam lights. The GLP MAD MAXX is designed to use as a SkyBeam to the Air or as a super Fat Beam Effect on Stages or Events and has no visible external focus points within the outgoing beam. Very impressive is the fully illuminated fat light aperture with the same diameter as the beam itself – that’s makes the fixture look giant if placed in the stage. A virtual Iris let you reduce the beam diameter. For great and intensive color variety the CW (ColorWheel) Version gives access to a 16bit color wheel with fade able CTO down to 2500K and 18 fix colors. In addition to a simple basic mode, the fixtures also offers a segment or multibeam control mode for individual control of the 3 segments or 19 beams. A pattern mode let you quickly add a selection of 2-color static or 1-color dynamic pattern effects if you are in a hurry.
Compared to alternative 3kW or 7kW Xenon fixtures, which are typically be used for this effect, the MAD MAXX is very compact and doesn´t need high ampere power infrastructure – with only 2500 W the fixture can easily be connected to the normal power distribution network. This allows you an energy efficient power consumption for easy power infrastructure and environmentally friendly operation. The MAD MAXX will be delivered in a smart transport flight case which can easily be rotated to install the fixture hanging on a rigging truss. The IP65 Protection makes the fixture perfect for temporary rough envirements where wind, rain, dust, dirt, fog fluid and confetti particles are present. The low-service construction due to LED technology and stabile mechanic design guarantees long term usage over years – typically GLP !
