• iQ.Service App and iQ.Tool is needed both for the update
• Please follow the update process described in the changelog.

‍iQ.Service App:

Our mobile service app available for iOS and Android. It allows wireless connection to compatible GLP fixtures for status monitoring and firmware updates via iQ.Mesh. Designed for fast and simple use on-site.

iQ.Tool:

GLPs advanced service (and more) tool integrated into the iQ.Service platform. It is used for firmware updates via DMX line and can be controlled with the iQ.Service App. It can also be used for controlling non iQ.Mesh fixtures wirelessly.
