Known Issues

• In Mode 1, DWE, all heads react combined, on the first head channel
• RDM Identify sometimes does not turn off. With a fixture reset you can get the fixture back to normal. (Control channel at 255)

About iQ.Service App & iQ.Tool

‍iQ.Service App:

Our mobile service app available for iOS and Android. It allows wireless connection to compatible GLP fixtures for status monitoring and firmware updates via iQ.Mesh. Designed for fast and simple use on-site.

iQ.Tool:

GLPs advanced service (and more) tool integrated into the iQ.Service platform. It is used for firmware updates via DMX line and can be controlled with the iQ.Service App. It can also be used for controlling non iQ.Mesh fixtures wirelessly.
